City of St. John's Art Procurement Program deadline is Wednesday, November 16th, 2005. Submit your work between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the Dept. of Economic Development, Tourism and blah blah blah at 348 Water St.
You may submit up to three pieces of actual artwork, slides, photos, or a DVD. If unframed, you must submit the cost of the work framed. Then you have to frame it if selected anyway.

Arts and Letters deadline for next year is January 20. Works must be framed for this as well, I believe. See www.gov.nl.ca/artsandletters for more info.
