First Japanese Woodblock
Pump House with Pony, Bell Island (5x7)
Last week I attended a two-evening Japanese woodblock (Ukiyo-e) workshop with St. Michael's October artist in residence, Elspeth Lamb from Glasgow, Scotland. My pal Tracy came along; I hope she'll try some more printmaking soon. I was a bit happier with my print before the third and final printing, but I enjoyed the process very much. It is so clean and beautiful. Look out, more to come!
